As part of the “Integration of climate change adaptation measures in the consolidated management of the transboundary W-Arly-Pendjari (WAP) complex” project- ADAPT-WAP, shared by Benin, Burkina Faso and Niger, the Sahara and Sahel Observatory is launching an international call for tenders for the recruitment of a design office or a group of design offices for the “Design and implementation of a Multi-risk (Droughts, Floods and Bush fires) Early Warning System in the area of the WAP complex".
