The national tele-training workshop on the use of the two services: "Seasonal Agriculture Monitoring" and "Use of Agricultural Water in Irrigated Areas" for the benefit of Algerian partners and end users, which is being held on January 18-19, 2021 started today with the presence of the agriculture and water resources managers.
During this national tele-training, provided by the AfEOS, end users will learn about the new functionalities that the MISBAR service platform provides and will be able to discuss the specifications of the geo-services, dashboards and newspapers under development.
Users will develop case studies they propose in their areas with the support of the project team (OSS, partners and service developers). These case studies will be restituted within the framework of the regional workshop due on March 24, 2021.
The national tele-training program, scheduled within the framework of the GMES and Africa - OSS North Africa Consortium project, will proceed as follows:
- Training 3: National training workshop on MISBAR in Libya, January 27-28, 2021
- Training 4: National training workshop on MISBAR in Mauritania, February 1-2, 2021
- Training 5: National training workshop on MISBAR in Egypt, February 4-8, 2021
