The Whistleblowing Policy aims to strengthen the OSS integrity system and to fight against corruption and any other wrongful acts. It defines procedures and conditions for investigating corruption allegations, fraud and any other breaches.
In accordance with this commitment and in order to promote good governance and transparency, the whistleblowing policy first aims to provide an opportunity to speak of any concerns regarding corruption, fraud and breaches andto protect whistle-blowers against any form of retaliation.
The OSS good financial governance policy highlights the need to detect, report and, more importantly, to prevent any form of resources mismanagement. The establishment of a whistleblowing mechanism will strengthen the good governance of the OSS & the projects it finances & coordinates.
